Job summary

Perennial Properties seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas across its Atlanta Class A communities. You will perform daily maintenance tasks and assist with minor repairs to ensure safety and cleanliness on site.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend availability may be needed seasonally, and you will interact professionally with residents, tenants, and team members on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Minor maintenance or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas: remove trash, sweep, pressure wash, and repair lighting or fixtures.
• Perform daily maintenance of fitness and laundry areas, including cleaning floors and equipment.
• Handle minor repairs such as changing bulbs, painting, plumbing touchups, and general maintenance duties.
• Maintain pool deck and learn chemical routines for safety and cleanliness.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and use required protective equipment.
• Perform other projects and duties as requested by supervisors.
• Notify managers when supplies are needed and document completed work orders.
