Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance associate to keep the community clean, safe, and functional. You will support the service team, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure common areas and amenities meet standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting grounds, handling trash and turnover tasks, updating residents, and adhering to safety policies. A flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance).
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience maintaining grounds and common areas is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep it neat and free of litter in all areas.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles complaints professionally.
• Complies with safety policies and attends safety trainings, reports incidents.
