Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure the physical upkeep of the community, improve curb appeal, and support the service team at our Villa Rica property in Georgia. The role requires inspecting common areas, performing make-ready tasks, and responding to resident needs with a focus on safety and quality.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, with potential bonuses per company programs for onsite roles.

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Mansioni

• Inspects the community to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists with the turn process.
• Ensures pool area gates and locks meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides customer service and responds to resident questions and complaints.
• Follows safety policies and attends safety meetings and trainings.
