Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of our apartment community. You will perform routine tasks, assist with minor repairs under the supervision of the Service Manager, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You will inspect and clean outdoor areas, remove litter, and support make-ready work for vacants.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Ensure all common areas, office space, and amenities are neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to fill/prepare for occupancy, transfer trash to dumpster area, and clean dumpster/storage areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Inform supervisor of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations for residents and staff.
• Demonstrate customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing complaints about maintenance services.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required training on OSHA and related laws.
