Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of a multi-family community. You will perform grounds and amenities upkeep, assist with minor repairs, and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires physical work outdoors, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Join a team focused on service, collaboration, and quality living spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management or customer service background preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Clear vacant apartments before make-ready and move trash to dumpster areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices to residents as necessary.
• Report hazards or dangerous conditions to supervisor.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and address concerns about maintenance services.
• Attend safety meetings and complete OSHA-related training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
