Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment communities. You will help preserve curb appeal, handle debris removal, and perform light repairs under the supervision of the Service Manager.

This role requires physical stamina, outdoor work in all weather, valid driver's license, and weekend availability. Competitive benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and cleans common areas, amenities, and curb appeal throughout the community.
• Completes service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Removes litter, debris, and pet droppings; maintains dumpster/storage areas.
• Performs minor repairs as directed by management.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in routine safety meetings.
