Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of the community, keeping amenities and common areas in top condition. You will perform timely upkeep and minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

You will inspect grounds, remove debris, assist with make-ready tasks, and handle routine safety procedures, with a focus on strong customer service and teamwork in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred for grounds operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prep units for showings or turnover.
• Complete service requests as assigned by the supervisor.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and guests.
