Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior projects and curb appeal across our multi-family communities. You will support the Service Manager, perform routine repairs, and ensure grounds are clean and welcoming for residents.

Role requires working outdoors in varying conditions, weekend availability, and adherence to safety policies. The position offers strong PTO, holidays, and benefits as part of RangeWater's team culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background.
• Licenses: Current Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills: ability to access company software and perform standard tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keep common areas, offices, and amenities neat and clean.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prep for make-ready.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices to residents as necessary.
• Report hazards to supervisor.
• Provide customer service and respond to resident inquiries.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings per policy.
