Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features and curb appeal of our multifamily communities. You will perform grounds upkeep, assist with minor repairs, and ensure common areas are clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property grounds or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Maintains neat common areas and amenities at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant units and cleans dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Reports hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Provides courteous service to residents and guests.
