Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundkeeper to maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at a multi-family community. The role includes basic repairs under supervision and ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents.

You will work 40 hours per week, with a schedule that may require early starts before leasing offices open. Prioritize safety, teamwork, and resident service while completing tasks and responding to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to interact with residents.
• Strong teamwork and communication with maintenance staff and residents.
• Commitment to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and prep vacant units for rental readiness.
• Complete service requests and communicate hazards to supervision.
• Distribute notices to residents and respond to complaints with professionalism.
• Attend safety meetings and follow RangeWater safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
