Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features of our apartment communities. You will inspect the grounds, handle routine maintenance, and help preserve curb appeal under the direction of the Service Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work hours average 40 per week with weekend availability; we offer PTO, holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property groundskeeping or maintenance preferred.
• Good customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect daily and maintain curb appeal of community.
• Perform minor repairs as directed.
