Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of the property, assist with make-readies, and support the maintenance team. Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping tasks, and notifying supervision of any issues requiring vendor attention.

The role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus), a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of all property areas to Valiant Residential standards.
• Assist the team with community functions and make-readies.
• Pick up litter and perform daily grounds maintenance tasks.
• Sweep and blow breezeways, and clean areas around dumpsters.
• Water plants, maintain sprinkler system, and assist in general maintenance activities.
