Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Service team member to ensure physical aspects of the community are well-maintained and to support the service team. The role includes daily inspections, trash removal, make-ready assistance, lock changes, and safety compliance.

Strong customer service, adherence to OSHA policies, and a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property are required. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must exhibit strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and risk management.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in make-ready process.
• Completes minor service requests as directed by Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards promptly.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
