Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance team member to maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting service team members.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, completing routine requests, handling lock changes, and assisting with make-ready turns. Interact professionally with residents and follow safety policies, including OSHA-related requirements and training.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service orientation and ability to handle resident questions respectfully.
• Ability to recognize hazards and report safety concerns.
• Demonstrates clear communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and escalate hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous, responsive service and respond to resident concerns.
