Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance role to uphold the property grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. You will perform make-ready tasks, remove litter, and assist with routine service requests, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

The position requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits and a housing discount may apply.

Qualifications

• Inspects the community daily to keep grounds and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and prepares units during the make-ready process for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests under supervision and assists with the turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes and policies.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing questions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter and ensure common areas are clean.
• Transports trash to dumpster and assists with make-ready turnover of vacant apartments.
• Fulfills minor service requests and supports the make-ready specialist during turns.
• Maintains safety by verifying locks and pool area gates work according to codes.
• Communicates notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
