Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Make-Ready team member to ensure the community’s grounds and amenities meet standards and assist the service team. The role involves daily upkeep, turnover tasks, and safety compliance.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with responsibilities including cleanup, minor repairs, and responding to resident needs. A valid driver’s license is required to operate golf carts on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience performing grounds, maintenance, or custodial tasks is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents as needed.
• Escalates hazards to supervisors and ensures resident safety.
