Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community’s physical aspects well maintained, curb appeal high, and to support the service team. The role involves daily inspections, cleaning, makeup-ready tasks, and basic repairs across interiors and exteriors.

The position requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operations, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community and keep common areas clean and inviting.
• Prepare vacants, remove trash, and support make-ready processes.
• Handle routine service requests and assist the make-ready team.
• Ensure locks and pool area gates operate safely and according to policy.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to complaints.
