Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to ensure the community is well-maintained, tidy, and visually appealing. You will support the service team in daily tasks, handle make-ready turnover, and keep common areas safe and inviting.

Role requires a valid driver's license for golf-cart operation on property, ability to perform physical tasks, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and curb appeal.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist make-ready turnover.
• Ensure locks and pool area gates function per safety codes.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist residents politely.
