Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, physical stamina for outdoor work, and availability for flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and prepare vacants for turnover; maintain storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
