Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team with routine tasks, respond to resident needs, and assist in making apartments ready for new residents.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and respond promptly to resident inquiries.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and adherence to policy and safety standards.
• Must have good physical stamina to perform groundskeeping and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community grounds and amenities for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant units for turnover as part of the make-ready process.
• Performs routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist during turns.
