Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Partner Manager for our Grocery team to manage a portfolio of regional grocery partners on Uber Eats.

You will act as the strategic advisor, driving growth through advertising, promotions, and merchandising while ensuring strong relationships and value delivery. You’ll conduct quarterly business reviews, analyze performance data, and collaborate with operations, marketing, product, and engineering to resolve issues and optimize catalog management and partner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within grocery/retail/CPG or related consumer-facing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing strategic partner relationships and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and presenting performance insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
