• Diagnose performance issues by analyzing operational data and build growth plans with clear ROI.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure merchant investments in advertising and promotional tools.
• Improve operational excellence by addressing technical and catalog-related blockers to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to shape scalable solutions across retail.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with disciplined, urgent execution amid shifting market needs.
