Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1+ years in full-cycle account management, B2B sales, or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• English proficiency for managing internal projects and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of retail merchants as their main strategic partner to drive retention and long-term revenue growth.
• Navigate operational data to diagnose performance issues and build number-backed growth plans with clear ROI.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure merchant investments in advertising and promotional tools.
• Improve operational excellence by unblocking catalog-related issues and ensuring stock and catalog health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to scale solutions.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and urgency, adapting to market dynamics.
