Job summary

Uber is seeking a Partner Manager for the Grocery & Convenience vertical. You will lead partnerships with major brands, manage the full campaign lifecycle, and align cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact Retail advertising programs across Mobility and Delivery platforms.

With a focus on data-driven evaluation and up-selling, you’ll shape strategies that meet aggressive growth goals while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in large customer digital advertising account management.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns for major brands.

Responsibilities

• Go Get It: partner with Client Partners to execute high-impact Retail ads strategies that crush partner objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals with a relentless bias for action.
• Trip Obsessed: act as the Voice of the Customer for the Retail vertical; understand client marketing goals and proactively recommend solutions.
• See the Forest and the Trees: manage campaign executions and specifications while maintaining relationships with marketing decision-makers.
• One Uber: lead cross-functional collaboration with Ad Ops, Product, and Measurement teams for seamless delivery.
• Build with Heart: develop data-backed methodologies to highlight trends and drive performance and investment.
• Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: navigate partner conversations and solve business challenges within Retail.
• Execution Excellence: drive internal initiatives and playbooks to increase efficiency and partner adoption at scale.
