Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle account management, B2B sales, or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and create insights.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and building collaborative relationships across teams.
• English proficiency for managing internal projects and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of retail merchants as the main strategic partner to drive retention and long-term revenue growth.
• Diagnose performance issues from operational data and build growth plans with clear ROI for partners.
• Lead challenging commercial negotiations to secure merchant investments in advertising and promotional tools.
• Improve operational excellence by addressing technical and catalog-related issues to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to resolve blockers and scale solutions.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and urgency, adapting to market dynamics and partner needs.
