Uber's Grocery & Retail team seeks a Strategic Operations Manager to drive high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement. You will own end-to-end programs, build dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights to accelerate growth and improve the merchant and customer experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, business intelligence, project management, or a related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to write queries to analyze performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end - define the problem, plan, coordinate stakeholders, drive execution, and measure outcomes
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards - create trusted views of performance and support business reviews
• Turn data into insights and action - analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations
• Spot gaps and build solutions - identify missing measurement, process, or operating structure and close it
• Collaborate cross-functionally - work with Category, Growth, and Marketing to translate priorities into action and unblock execution
