You will identify opportunities using data, build reporting, and own cross-functional programs that improve growth and customer/merchant experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to both strategize and execute.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong SQL proficiency—able to write queries to analyze performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end — define the problem, plan, coordinate stakeholders, drive execution, and measure outcomes.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards — provide trusted views of performance for business reviews.
• Turn data into insights and action — analyze trends, identify opportunities, and synthesize findings into recommendations.
• Spot gaps and build solutions — identify missing or broken measurement, process, or structure and help close it.
• Collaborate cross-functionally — work with Category, Growth, and Marketing to translate priorities into action.
