Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management through an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and enterprise risk to define a bold vision and translate it into AI applications and reusable capabilities that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, or related discipline.
• Strong ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes and drive organizational change.
• Experience with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts, and applying it to business problems.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end, from vision to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with ability to lead workshops and build alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an ambitious AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive mindset shifts from AI-adjacent to AI-native processes and ensure governance and guardrails are in place.
• Champion an AI-native GRM where core processes are led by agents and humans focus on oversight.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team to align platforms, standards, and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Own GRM-level reporting on AI transformation, including progress, impact, blockers, and dependencies.
