Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation, to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management processes through AI-native architectures. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk leaders to define a bold transformation, build reusable AI primitives, and drive adoption with governance and responsible-AI practices.

You will report to the GRM AI transformation leader and shape a scalable roadmap, balancing speed with risk controls across the enterprise.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline.
Strong ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes, map current vs. future state, and drive organizational change.
Fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts, and applying it to business problems.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with GRM process owners to design an AI-native future state for each process.
Drive mindset shifts from AI-as-an-add-on to AI-native processes.
Build and govern an AI-native GRM with governance, controls, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
Champion alignment with Circle’s central AI team and enterprise AI standards.
Own GRM-level reporting on AI transformation, roadmap progress, and measurable impact.
