Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation, to lead the reinvention of its Global Risk Management operations with an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk teams to turn a bold vision into scalable AI applications and reusable capabilities across the company.

You will coordinate with Circle’s central AI team, drive change management, and ensure risk controls, governance, and oversight are built into every AI-enabled process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or related discipline.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong working fluency with modern AI and AI-native concepts, applying them to real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive mindset shifts from AI-adjunct to AI-native, applying rigorous process optimization.
• Build and govern an AI-native GRM organization with agents-led core processes and human oversight.
