Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management, moving from manual processes to an AI-native operating model where intelligent agents execute core workflows and people focus on judgment and oversight.

You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and enterprise risk teams to define an ambitious vision, build reusable AI primitives, ensure governance and guardrails, and drive enterprise-wide AI transformation with measurable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, or related.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end from vision to outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or regulated domains.
• Strong program and portfolio management and governance.
• Builder mindset with autonomy and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state for each process.
• Challenge assumptions and design processes around intelligent agents.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization with human oversight.
• Champion consistent execution of Circle's AI Risk Management framework across GRM developments.
• Shape GRM’s AI-native vision and target architecture with reusable building blocks.
• Prioritize foundational building blocks to accelerate AI initiatives.
• Drive development of pivotal AI applications from scoping to launch and adoption.
• Translate risk and compliance needs into solution designs and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and other units to align platforms and standards.
• Own GRM-level reporting on the AI transformation and roadmap progress.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership, executive reviews, and risk committees.
