Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Circle’s Global Risk Management into an AI-native operating model. You’ll drive process redesign, partner with compliance, security, and enterprise risk, and translate vision into scalable AI applications and reusable capabilities.

Reporting to the leader of GRM’s AI transformation, you will champion governance, guardrails, risk assessments, and human-in-the-loop oversight, while coordinating with Circle’s central AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business process transformation or related discipline.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes and drive change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience leading end-to-end cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with risk/compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define AI-native future state visions.
• Drive mindshift from existing processes to AI-native designs and optimization.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents and humans for oversight.
• Ensure AI risk governance, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop oversight across developments.
• Shape target architecture and reusable primitives for enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and other business units to align platforms.
