Bolay in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Grill/Oven Chef to support roasting ovens and grills. You will work with leadership on meal planning, review menus before preparation, and ensure all food procedures are followed in a busy kitchen.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, culinary training preferred, at least 1 year of food prep experience, familiarity with nutrition, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate (or within 30 days of employment).

• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.

• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate, or 30 days after employment.
