Responsabilités

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains following recipes.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line.
• Talk to guests about current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Multi-task and move between kitchen tasks for extended periods.
• Maintain food safety standards and DIG policies to uphold a high health grade.
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
• Be part of a mission to rebuild the food system.
