DIG INN Restaurant Teams seeks a Chef-in-Training for its DIG kitchens. Earn $16–$18 per hour plus $2–$3 per hour in tips and additional benefits. You will train in scratch-based cooking, learn multiple stations, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and eagerness to learn culinary skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25–50 pounds).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains following recipes.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout.
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to deliver scratch-made meals.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Demonstrate professional maturity and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
