Responsibilities

• Speak about menu offerings, seasonality and ingredients with guests.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service.
• Multitask and move in the kitchen for extended periods.
• Follow food safety standards and uphold DIG policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to rebuilding the food system.
