Job summary

Globe Life in McKinney, Texas is seeking a Solutions Engineer II, GRC (Archer) to own the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of our GRC platform in a hybrid role (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

You will lead technical implementation support, develop documentation and test plans, and contribute to continuous improvement of controls and reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/IS/Business.
• 5+ years in related fields such as software development, information security, privacy or GRC.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize GRC platform (Archer/other)
• Translate requirements into user stories and docs
• Perform platform configuration, testing, and deployment in coordination with stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and SME guidance for GRC use and improvements
