Job summary

Delta Dental is seeking a GRC Archer Solutions Engineer to own and evolve the RSA Archer platform across enterprise governance functions. You will lead architecture, secure data models, and drive integrations with ERP, HRIS, and ServiceNow, enabling scalable, automated risk and compliance workflows.

You will partner with risk, audit, privacy, and IT teams to mature governance, deliver executive dashboards, and support regulatory programs with strong analytics and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Specialist certification.
• Experience configuring and administering RSA Archer in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise product owner for the Archer GRC platform and establish the long-term roadmap and governance standards.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable Archer solutions automating governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and transform workflows through automation.
• Define Archer architecture, data models, security models, workflows, and reporting standards.
• Design and oversee integrations between Archer and ERP, HRIS, procurement platforms, identity management, ServiceNow, Oracle, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Serve as the organization’s Archer technical expert, mentoring resources and guiding solution design.
• Partner with consultants and vendors to manage enhancements, licensing, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Support regulatory exams and TPM program maturity initiatives.
