Job summary
Blue Star Partners LLC seeks a Senior Archer IRM Developer / Analyst to support Archer SaaS and OnPrem environments within our enterprise GRC platform, enabling governance, risk, compliance, issue management, policy management, and third‑party risk capabilities. Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN is required.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Archer configuration and development experience, strong GRC process knowledge, and the ability to translate
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant GRC technology, Archer platform experience
- Hands-on Archer configuration and development experience
- Experience with Agile, iterative, or professional Scrum delivery methodologies
Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and support Archer applications across SaaS and OnPrem environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Archer configuration and workflow solutions.
- Develop Archer data feeds, APIs, integrations, and reporting; support agile delivery and releases.
