Job summary

ShorePoint is seeking an Archer GRC Developer to configure, develop, and maintain Archer solutions supporting GRC initiatives. The role emphasizes risk automation, data integration, and compliance with federal security frameworks.

You will design workflows, implement questionnaires, integrate feeds, and deliver dashboards for C-suite oversight. Remote-friendly, but based in Herndon, VA with collaboration across security and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Archer's Advanced Workflow and Custom Objects and core questionnaire capabilities.
• Experience in federal security/compliance environments aligning with FISMA & NIST frameworks.
• Hands-on Archer configuration, data feeds, and automation of GRC processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Archer designs, configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Archer applications to support SOC incident tracking and A&A lifecycle monitoring.
• Configure Archer questionnaires and optimize risk assessments per NIST/FISMA guidance.
• Lead design and configuration of core/on-demand Archer apps with custom workflows.
• Integrate data feeds from internal/external sources for real-time risk insights.
• Create dashboards/reports for executives and stakeholders; drive Archer upgrades and maintenance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and project teams to ensure compliant Archer deployments.
• Document configurations, provide user training, and support risk committee reporting.
