Delta Dental of California seeks a GRC Archer Solutions Engineer to own the Archer GRC platform, guiding architecture and integration with enterprise systems to automate governance, risk, and compliance processes across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years configuring RSA Archer, strong business process knowledge, and a track record of leading enterprise GRC initiatives in regulated environments. Remote work option available within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
• 7+ years configuring and administering RSA Archer in a complex enterprise.
• RSA Archer Certified Administrator and/or Specialist.
• Proven experience leading architecture and modernization of Archer applications.
• Technical lead/owner experience for enterprise GRC solutions.
• Experience integrating Archer with ERP, HRIS, procurement platforms, and APIs.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and risk-based reporting.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, health insurance, financial services).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise product owner for the Archer GRC platform and define long-term roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable Archer solutions automating governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate governance workflows and improve data quality and reporting.
• Define Archer architecture, data/security models, workflows, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Oversee integrations between Archer and ERP, HRIS, procurement platforms, and other systems.
• Mentor technical resources and advise on solution design and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to manage enhancements, licensing, and support services.
• Support regulatory exams and internal reviews to advance TPM program maturity.
