Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 3+ years Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Strong problem-solving and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities and change management experience.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on technical consulting and client-facing experience required.
• Expertise with Archer platform configuration, reports, dashboards, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Leading project implementations and Archer-related solution delivery in client settings.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Archer GRC delivery and configurations.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high quality, and on time.
