Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager, Solution Architecture in Risk Technology Consulting to lead Archer-based GRC implementations and drive end-to-end delivery. You will serve as the Archer SME, guiding complex deployments and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients across IRM/GRC programs.

Key duties include managing engagement delivery, mentoring teams, and shaping technical architecture to meet regulatory and business needs, with exposure to cloud and SaaS approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years Archer implementation experience (IRM/GRC) in consulting.
• Excellent communication with impact.
• Strong problem-solving, digital fluency and leadership ability.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on technical consulting with client-facing experience.
• Expert Archer configuration, workflows, datafeeds, reports and deployments.
• Industry certifications in Archer and SAFe/ Scrum are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-related solution delivery in client environments.
• Be SME on Archer GRC delivery, including IRM components and control design.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high quality, on time, and valuable.
• Mentor junior team members and manage end-to-end project quality and delivery.
