Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture to lead Archer-based GRC engagements in a client consulting setting. You will direct project delivery, manage technical workstreams, and act as SME on Archer configurations and integrations while mentoring teams and ensuring quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leading multi-project delivery, strategic collaboration with senior stakeholders, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced risk technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
• Leadership, change management, and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and develop thought leadership related to Archer platform and IRM capabilities.
• Oversee technical aspects of Archer offering development and solution delivery.
• Be SME on Archer GRC solutions delivery.
• Ensure deliverables are complete, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
