Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Solutions Architect, GRC in a hybrid role based in McKinney, Texas. You will own configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of the GRC platform, working from home on Mon and Fri and in the office Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, designing scalable configurations, and creating design documents. The role requires 8+ years in related fields and strong API integration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Info Assurance or related field.
• GRC platform config experience and certification preferred.
• 8+ years in software development, information security, privacy or GRC.
• Experience configuring at least one GRC platform and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex platform solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and user stories.
• Architect scalable data models, workflows and integrations.
• Lead UAT planning, deployment, and data migration activities.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate across stakeholders.
