Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC seeks a data-driven grants management professional to support our Office of Head Start client in the Southeast region. The role focuses on leading data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve grant processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; master's preferred.
• 3+ years of related professional experience in grants management or data analytics.
• Proficiency with web-based and commercial off-the-shelf data tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, ArcGIS, Figma, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvements; maintain grants management databases.
• Support database administration and data/system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain databases using Excel, Smartsheet, Python, R, SQL, GIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics.
• Prepare and maintain project files, deliverables, and artifacts.
• Create reports and presentations with analytical findings for diverse audiences.
• Translate data into visual stories and engaging data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Figma, Canva, Google Data Studio).
• Lead trainings on database functionality for colleagues and grant recipients.
• Test systems, run test scenarios, identify/remediate issues.
• Support pre- and post-award grants management activities and related data tasks.
