Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking an energized Data Management Specialist to lead grants management data analysis and reporting for the Office of Head Start. The role involves building and maintaining databases, automating data flows, and delivering client-ready insights while ensuring data quality and governance across multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or relevant certs preferred.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Proficient with web-based and off-the-shelf data management tools.
• Experience with grants management data and reporting is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite at the OHS Midwest Regional Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants management data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Develop data governance models and metadata systems.
• Create and maintain databases and dashboards (Power BI, SQL, Smartsheet).
• Provide training and support to data teams and grant recipients.
• Produce client-facing analyses and SOPs; ensure data quality and accuracy.
