Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an energetic data-driven professional to lead grants management analysis for the Office of Head Start client. The role involves developing databases, reports, and dashboards; integrating data from multiple sources; and providing high-quality analyses to improve decisions and processes.

The candidate will build visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, and other tools, prepare presentations, and support pre/post-award activities while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of related professional grants/data analytics experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or R.
• Ability to work onsite at the OHS Southwest Regional Office.
• Knowledge of Head Start grants systems and federal grant processes is a plus.
• Ability to pass background investigations for access to federal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvements.
• Support database administration and oversee maintenance of data, databases, and systems.
• Develop, design, and maintain databases using Excel, Smartsheet, Python, SQL, GIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics.
• Prepare and maintain project files with all artifacts and deliverables.
• Develop reports and presentations on analytical findings for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex data into visual stories and engaging data visualizations.
• Lead data storage, validation, and analysis to support project goals.
• Test systems, run scenarios, and remediate issues; assist with grant management activities.
