Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking an experienced Grants Management Data Analyst to lead data collection, analysis, and dashboard development for our Office of Head Start client in the Northeast Region.

You will act as the primary data contact between functional and technical teams, integrating data from multiple sources to drive streamlined workflows, reports, trend analysis, and decision support. Strong visualization and storytelling skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• At least 3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficient with web-based and data management software (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, Power BI; ArcGIS, Figma, Canva).
• Experience aggregating, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources.
• Onsite work at the OHS Northeast Regional Office; background checks and Public Trust clearance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvements.
• Maintain and update grants management databases and oversee data systems.
• Create databases using Excel, Smartsheet, Python, R, SQL, GIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics.
• Prepare project files, artifacts, and deliverables for various audiences.
• Translate complex data into visual stories and dashboards.
• Develop engaging data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, and design tools.
• Provide trainings on database functionality for colleagues and grant recipients.
• Stay current with technology, capturing and implementing best practices.
• Lead data storage, validation, and analysis to support project goals.
• Test systems, run scenarios, and document issues; support pre- and post-award grants management activities.
