Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC in the Midwest region seeks an experienced Grants Data Analyst to support an Office of Head Start client. The role focuses on leading grants management data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting to enable informed decisions and process improvements.

You will serve as the primary data and system liaison between functional and technical teams, building and testing databases, integrating data from multiple sources, and delivering high-quality analyses and visuals for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and/or certifications preferred
• At least 3 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, Power BI; plus ArcGIS, Figma, Canva
• Ability to work onsite at the OHS Midwest Regional Office
• Knowledge of Head Start program and grant systems a major distinguishing feature
• Ability to pass background investigations for access to federal facilities and systems; Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvement; maintain and update grants management databases
• Support database administration and oversee data, databases, and systems
• Develop, design, and maintain databases using Excel, Smartsheet, Python, R, SQL, GIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics
• Prepare and maintain project files with all completed work products and deliverables
• Develop reports and presentations on analytical findings for diverse audiences
• Translate complex data into visual stories
• Develop engaging data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Figma, Canva, Google Data Studio
• Create and support trainings on database functionality for colleagues and grant recipients
• Stay updated on technology and best practices to improve quality and efficiency
• Lead coordination to support daily data activities and project goals
• Test systems, lead test scenarios, identify/remediate issues
• Support pre- and post-award grants management activities such as annual report tracking, data QC, and related tasks
